LobstaCloud uses Stripe for billing. All plans include a 2-month discount on annual billing.

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling.
  2. Select a plan and choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page.
  4. Complete payment. Your plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrade

To downgrade, contact support. If you have more instances than your new plan allows, you'll need to destroy the excess instances first.


Cancel Subscription

⚠️

If your subscription is cancelled (either by you or due to a failed payment), all instances are suspended. Data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

When cancelled:

  • Your Stripe subscription is removed.
  • All instances transition to SUSPENDED status.
  • Data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Invoices

Payment history is tracked automatically. Successful payments generate invoice records with PDF links (via Stripe).
