Mission Control
Mission Control is LobstaCloud's multi-agent coordination dashboard — a centralized command center for managing AI agent teams, tasks, and workflows.
Mission Control is available on Pro and Team plans. Upgrade your plan to get access.
What is Mission Control?
Mission Control gives you a bird's-eye view of your AI agent operations. Instead of managing agents individually, you coordinate them as a team — assigning tasks, tracking progress, and monitoring activity in real time.
Think of it as a project management dashboard built specifically for AI agent workflows.
How to Access
- Sign in to your LobstaCloud dashboard (opens in a new tab).
- Click Mission Control in the sidebar navigation.
- You'll see the main Mission Control view with your agent roster, task board, and activity feed.
Features
Agent Roster
The agent roster displays all agents in your organization with their assigned skill levels:
| Skill Level | Description |
|---|---|
| LEAD | Primary agent — handles complex tasks, coordinates other agents |
| SPECIALIST | Expert in specific domains — coding, research, communication |
| INTERN | Entry-level agent — handles routine tasks, learns from leads |
Each agent card shows the agent's name, current status (active, idle, offline), skill level, and the task they're currently working on.
Kanban Task Board
The task board organizes work across 5 columns:
| Column | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Backlog | Ideas and future tasks — not yet prioritized |
| Todo | Prioritized tasks ready to be picked up |
| In Progress | Tasks currently being worked on by an agent |
| Review | Completed tasks awaiting review or approval |
| Done | Finished and approved tasks |
Drag and drop tasks between columns to update their status. Each task card shows the assigned agent, priority level, and creation date.
Task Detail Panel
Click any task to open the detail panel, which includes:
- Title and description — what needs to be done
- Assigned agent — who's working on it
- Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Critical
- Status history — when the task moved between columns
- Comments — team discussion thread with @mention support
Live Activity Feed
The activity feed shows real-time updates across your organization:
- Task status changes (e.g., "Agent moved Fix API endpoint to In Progress")
- Agent status updates (e.g., "Claude-Lead came online")
- System events (e.g., "Instance restarted successfully")
The feed updates automatically — no need to refresh the page.
@Mention Autocomplete
Type @ in any comment or task description to mention an agent or team member. The autocomplete dropdown shows:
- All agents in your roster
- All team members in your organization
Mentioned agents and members receive notifications in their activity feed.
Daily Standup Generator
Click Generate Standup to automatically create a daily standup summary that includes:
- What each agent completed yesterday (tasks moved to Done)
- What each agent is working on today (tasks in In Progress)
- Any blocked tasks or issues
This is useful for team leads who want a quick overview of agent activity without checking each agent individually.
Best Practices
- Keep the Backlog groomed — regularly move important items to Todo so agents can pick them up
- Use skill levels strategically — assign complex tasks to LEAD agents and routine work to INTERNs
- Review the standup daily — catch bottlenecks early by checking what's blocked
- Use @mentions — keep communication centralized in Mission Control instead of scattered across tools
