Quick Reference

  • 🟠 Amber = booting (wait)
  • 🔵 Pulsing blue = setup mode (connect to WiFi AP)
  • 🌈 Rainbow = configuring (wait)
  • 🟢 Green = all good!
  • 🔴 Red = problem (check web interface)
  • 🔵 Blinking blue = updating (wait)

LED Hardware Details

The LED is driven by GPIO pins on the Raspberry Pi 5:

The LED controller supports both gpiozero (preferred on Pi 5, uses lgpio) and RPi.GPIO backends. On non-Pi hardware, it falls back to console logging.
